The 04 angle has the following advantages:ģ. Both these connectors will be replaced with the 04A connector shown in post # 91 on the next build. Not too swift because I could have used 1 1/2' angles with offset holes. (I am not at home so do not have the part number) I also used 2' angles with holes centered because carriage bolts needed clearance to put on the nuts.
In the Sprinter I used a lot of 2x2x3/16' angles to connect extrusions at 90 degrees and the corner connectors that fit in the slots. I have learned a few more things since I built the Sprinter structures. I have seen your van and the workmanship is excellant. We all have diffferent methods that work.
